Redeem/Stack Game Pass Codes?

My Partner has accidentally purchased 2 3 month ultimate game pass codes for our Son.

Weve redeemed one, but obviously have the second one which isnt currently needed.

Do these expire at all? Or are we able to enter the code and essentially stack the 3 months back to back so it becomes 6 months as such?

In 2017 they handed out 1 month trial Game Pass codes on Gamescom. They literally threw the cards from the stage in the crowd, and people (my wife and me included) collected stacks of these cards.

And I can confirm that they DID stack.

I was able to stack 6 months of game pass by redeeming the cards we collected.

You can stack up to three years of Game Pass at once, so as soon as you have a year left redeem the code then

If they have an expiration date, it would be listed on the card the codes came on, but they typically don't expire. You can stack them though. You can add up to 36 months at a time, which is a good idea so you don't lose the cards before then.

You can stack up to 36 months for your membership this way

If you can try redeem the codes via xbox web page, log in and redeem code under profile. Also you can use the xbox phone app to redeem as well.

You can let your game pass expire and redeem code after.

The 3-month digital codes for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate do not expire.

The holiday offer game pass subscription can NOT stack you can redeem one per account per 12 month period.

Non promotional offer can stack.
