redeem problems with dlc from shadow of the tomb raider

hello

I bought an xbox one x with shadow of the tomb raider

if I want to redeem the code I always get an error message

the same even if I make microsoft.com/rendem

Same problem here. Tried everything. Switched between regions. Tried website, app and console. It doesnt work.

 

Same here, also tried to changed region and spent an out with the Microsoft tchat which wasn't helpful at all.

They told me they give me an answer within 24hours.

So according to support, the problem is known

It should be a general problem with it (tomb raider and fortnite)

I should wait until Monday then it should go again

Thank you for waiting, upon checking on my resources here, Shadow of the Tomb Raider is currently unstable ad having issues as of the moment. Our engineers here on our end is currently investigating on
the issue for this specific game.
