Redeem Problem

Hey guys,

I tried to redeem a 10€ Voucher card from Xbox. It doesn't work. The process says, that the code is right, but after that, the process says

Check your sender name

It contains a prohibited word.

JFD-InvalidProperty

I've vouchers from two different sources, both are the same. Can somebody help my out? Thanks a lot!

Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

 

REDEEM PROBLEM

The issue you may be having is you may have had a credit card or debt card on your account and it may need to be removed as also the auto renew will need to be shut off and then you should be able to redeem your code if that does not work and then its says
invalid code. I recommend you return the card to the retailer you purchased it at.

Also you will need to call support to get the auto renew off and payment type removed

That's definitely an odd one. Are you redeeming it on your Xbox or on Windows 10?
