    I've had an issue with my previous account that I couldn't claim my points because of region problems, then some support guy told me to create another account and ask for him to put my points of the previous account in this new account to claim them all.
    You can do that for me? I had sort of 26k of points that I couldn't claim.

    When you redeem the points for the gift card, it automatically adds the money to your Microsoft account...there's no card or anything as such. Basically, you have to spend the money within 90 days from the day you redeem it on the rewards site (that is my understanding of it anyway),

    My advice: Leave the points in your Rewards account until you actually want to buy something then redeem.

    Hi there all , I've bought a voucher with the point's in the Xbox that you save up. But it won't work

    Xbox/Microsoft currency redeemed from the rewards program are automatically deposited into the accounts balance. They do not provide a separate code. Check the account balance of the account that redeemed the rewards points.

    It is added directly to your microsoft/xbox account that redeemed the rewards points.
