Hello Szoszenka, In general, for these subscription promotional codes to be redeemed, you must not have an active subscription to your account, whether Gold or Game Pass.

What exactly happens when you try to redeem the code through the Xbox website?

I sorry you have had this issue with the code and with the support you have received so far on this matter

The name your game bundle is handled by a 3rd party team that you do contact on the site with the form you filled out. A reply is normally 3 days but it is bank holiday so do give it a few more days. Also from experience the issue with not getting the code
via email is that the email was sent but went to the spam folder so be sure to check that it will be from Helloworld so you may want to search that.
