    Hello!

    I reached out to Microsoft chat support about trying to use my VIP Gems on 10$ xbox credit. It says out of stock, but I read Microsoft is cancelling these rewards, or are formatting them differently, I could be wrong. I just want to use my gems for the credit.
    Is it possible to still redeem this? Since its only a basic code, and not a physical item. Thank you for the help!

    If I cant claim it , I understand. Just trying to see if its possible.

    Hello, There is a notification that pops up when signing into Xbox live rewards that I have to redeem my VIP gems before such and such date. The only problem is that the rewards I want for example reward credits/gift cards are out of stock. My question is
    for the my VIP vault, when do the out of stock rewards come back into stock? Thanks.

    Weird. None of the gift cards have shown available for me for quite some times. I have enough VIP gems saved up for a $10 card now, and neither the 5000 or 10000 points options, let alone the $5-$10 visa gift cards.

    I keep my eye out every night and every morning, and they never show as available to redeem for me. So frustrating that I see folks able to redeem them like crazy, but they show out of stock for me every single day.

    I'm in the same position. I want to redeem my gems before I lose them. But the Rewards Credits are "out of stock".

    I really don't understand how a digital item can be out of stock. There is no actual stock, it's just a matter of adding the credits to my account.

    Agreed on both fronts. Seems a bit disingenuous to be out of stock on the most popular options for the Gems (how do digital rewards go out of stock anyway?) and having them converted to a whopping 1 microsoft point per if there's nothing we want to redeem
    is a joke. I could get $15 in $$ if stock was there or convert to MS points at less that $1 similar value. At minimum, restock the popular digital gifts (i.e. $5 and $10 Microsoft money cards) so we can get value out of these points that we rightfully earned
    in the program over the years.
