redeem minecraft coins

hi i have over 2500 points but when i press the confirm reward button it goes grey for a few seconds then appears blue again to press but i dont receive a email to redeem the coins?

Hello, thank you for the response and

I am on windows 10 and no my available points does not change from 2556.

I have previously done this myself using my own email address for my son but have recently set him up to do it himself and found once he reached the required points it does not work!

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

just redeemed Minecraft Minecoins in-game currency but cannot find the 'coins' anywhere. @MSFT - where did they go? how do I find them?
