    Redeem item not carried over to new Xbox


    I'm in the process of setting up my new Xbox one X, changing over from a Xbox one. One game 'X-Com 2' does not have a game add-on, the "Resistance Warrior Pack' which I had redeem on my old Xbox one. When I started the game the first time, I got the Syncing
    notice, and that it had completed. However, when I tried to load a game, was informed that I was missing the 'Warrior Pack'.

    Tried to redeem the code again with new Z, but was told, code already redeem. So, what can I do now? Any suggestions?

    And yes, all the other DLC is there, War of the chosen, Shen, and the other two I can't recall the exact name. Just missing the redeem add-on.

    Carry over items & Areas

    So far I have noticed Zombrex being the only item that does NOT carry over. I haven't purchased keys to any of the vehicles yet because they are a bit pricey and wasn't sure if they carried over to a new game or not and, well, I don't want to buy them every
    time. Plus being able to go into the tunnels and some elevators, does that carry over to a new game?

    Post Xbox 360 ?

    It will probably be similar to the transition from Xbox to Xbox 360 where they will continue to let you play on the 360 for some time and personally i think they will carry accounts over. Regular Xbox accounts were carried over from Xbox to 360. Gamerscore
    im not really sure of. As for arcade games and things of that nature they probably wont be carried over due to it being a different console with new software inside so the games may have to be in a new format. But those were good questions hopefully we will
    learn more in the near future about this new product from Microsoft.

    Redeem item not carried over to new Xbox

    Highlight the game and press the menu button on your console and go to "Manage Game". From there you can check all of your add-ons to see if anything is still listed as ready to install and re-install it from there.

    If not, you'll want to try posting in the Games and Apps forum for assistance since this is not a Rewards program issue.

    Be careful, the use of the word keys is misleading here. Any key you PURCHASE remains, any earned key such as the Maintenance Room and Underground keys must be obtained again. I learned the hard way by skipping the cases completely and not being able to
    access the Underground.

    [/quote]I assume an "end of game file" is when you finish and are graded correct?
    So if I died and selected start new game I would have to re-buy the keys? As for the tunnels, I thought they unlocked on day 3 (before the military arrives) when playing the story?
