Discus and support Redeem history in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Is there a way to check my redeem history? I have an old account the region of the account I set was P.R China.     Redeem history


    Is there a way to check my redeem history?

    I have an old account the region of the account I set was P.R China. Then I bought a HongKong version Xbox One and used the 14 day live gold redeem code on the old account.

    After I realized the problem, I changed the region of that account to Hong Kong, but seems that the redeem code is wasted. It can not be used anymore and my account is not gold account as well.

    Any solution?

    does anyone know how to get into the download history? or code redeem history?

    downloading questions

    Sure does. Everything you purchase or redeem will end up in your Download History. This can be accessed on the console under Account Management, or on Xbox.com (live.xbox.com/.../History).

    Redeem history

    You can check anything that was added to your gamertag at commerce.microsoft.com

    As for a trial code it only gives limited access to some online features. Also, your gamertag will only remain as a Silver membership while on a trial code and will not convert to a Gold membership.

    There isn't a redeemed code history as such, but everything you purchase on the store, whether it be via a code, money in your account or a credit card, will all be available to download again as many times as you like. The ownership of any content you
    buy will remain yours in your account.

    Its not in my purchase history, but i would think that it is in my friends history, since he purchased the game. I have the code for it, but when i try to redeem it, it says "Code Already Redeemed".
