Discus and support Redeem Gift Cards in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I bought my son 4 £15 gift cards to purchase the new FIFA 2019, 2 codes have worked fine and 2 say they are invalid.     Redeem Gift Cards


    I bought my son 4 £15 gift cards to purchase the new FIFA 2019, 2 codes have worked fine and 2 say they are invalid. We have tried about 4 times but still the same message. All cards have been correctly activated..... Can anyone help? Thanks

    There is a sweepstakes to win a $500 gift card, but you can redeem a gift card straight out. Not everything they have to redeem is for a sweepstakes. You can redeem $3.00, $5.00, and $10.00 Xbox gift cards.

    I am trying to redeem a $25 gift card, it knows that it is a gift card but when I press redeem it says PrerequisiteProfileMissing. PLS HELP!!!

    If the error message is plainly invalid and not something like "wrong region" or a long random error code please contact xbox support for further help and you may need to contact the store where you bought this code from after that:
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Billing > No thanks > Prepaid Codes > Chat with xbox support.

    In this case, write to the technical support the serial number or serial number that is on the card to help you.

    i have a somewhat similar problem i purchased a 15$ card then a week or so later i put a 25$ card on my xbox and it didnt add it to the 15 it says i only have 25 now

    Log in on rewards.bing.com, and select redeem, then gift card. In the box next to the gift card, select it, and choose 25, then select redeem and follow the instructions from there.

    The easiest way to add money from a gift card to your account is to redeem it in-store. To do this, go to a store that sells gift cards and present the card to the cashier. The cashier will give you a receipt with a redemption code.

    Method 2: Redeem the gift card online
