redeem game codes to new account

If the codes were redeemed the liscense would be tied to the accounts that they were redeemed on. A new user would not be able to play those games.

Hey, CSINKO! Unfortunately, once a code is redeemed on an account, there is no way to transfer it to another account. We are also unable to replace the code so that you can redeem a new one on your other account. You will need to either get another code
from a friend that doesn't want to use theirs, purchase the game on the second account you have, or use the account that you accidentally redeemed the code on to play the game solely. Thanks for understanding!

If the code was redeemed on your account, you should be able to redownload it from the Ready to Install section of your Games and Apps or re-install it from the store.

If the code was not redeemed on your account, you would either need to purchase it on your account or the person who did redeem the code would need to sign into the new console and set it as their Home console.

The code is for redemption to assign it to your account, so the account that redeemed the code on the old laptop would still have the digital license for the game. The code is one-time use for acquiring that license. With the account that redeemed the
code, you should be able to download it from the store with the account that purchased it. Are you using the same Microsoft Account on your new computer?
