Redeem expired live rewards

I recently received 51,000 Xbox live rewards points, however I did not receive a email or know I have these points. So I was wondering is it possible to get reimbursed for the Xbox live points that expired, because I did not use them yet or even know I
had them.

Xbox Quest Rewards

I had a Xbox’s Quest Reward on January 5, 2018 and it was a 1 month Gold redeem code. Months later I hadn’t 2 months left until it had expired. I wanted to put Live on my Xbox 360 but when I typed it in In the redeem bar, it said that it was already used.

You’ll have until July 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and
can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point. All referral offers have been disabled since May. Your last February Referral was not completed
in time, and expired 10 days after being sent.

Does that include ones earned on Bing? I'm guessing it does. I'm just wondering because I never really buy Microsoft points anymore and just use things like bing rewards and order them as I need them.

Yes Bing points do, as they are promotional points. Here is what the points say on Bing: "Restrictions: A maximum total of 64,000 Microsoft Points may be redeemed per Xbox LIVE gamertag through the Bing Rewards program. Promo code expires 6/30/2014, if not
redeemed in gamertag account. Once redeemed, Microsoft Points expire after 365 days if not used in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace."

As for my Rewards: Xbox LIVE Rewards Member since 2010-12-01, Points earned 1350

More than likely it's currency from promotions that has expired. You can check that by visiting the Payment Options page of the commerce site
here.

Points you've redeemed from Bing Rewards, Xbox LIVE Rewards, and other promotions expire after a set amount of time.

No, points you get through Bing rewards do not expire. There might be an expiration date on the code, but once they have been redeemed, they're yours forever.
