    Hello,

    I have just purchased a Xbox one console Fifa 2016 bundle and I received a gift card for EA subscription for one month but when I redeem my key there appears an error message hat says that something went wrong and ask me to come back later and try again.
    From the day I purchased my Xbox one console (Decembre 28th 2015) I tried daily to redeem this key but there is the same answer all over again. Please help me!

    and i want to buy 2 codes of 15$ and redeem them

    i saw at payment 2 options:

    1 month 5$

    12 months 30$ both require a card or paypal

    and the 3rd option redeem code

    the 3rd option is a ea access subscription code or there you can use money prepaid cards?

    where i can find to buy ea access subscription codes?

    i'm not from usa,so gamestop.com isn't an option for me

    Can't use a gift card to buy Xbox Live Gold. You must use a credit or debit card or funds from a PayPal account to do so. In addition you can buy a 1 month or 3 month or 1 year Xbox Live subscription card and redeem that via the website or console.

    Sorry to hear about the confusion here! When gifting a subscription, there might be a minimum duration required. In your case, it looks like you can only gift a 3-month subscription, not a 1-month one.

    With this, you may purchase redeemable 1-month subscription code from eligible party resellers so your friend can redeem it or get Xbox gift card through the Microsoft Store https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/xbox-gift-car... so your friend can purchase the subscription on his/her end, thus, at this way, your friend may be required to add a valid payment method since its a requirement for recurring subscription.
