redeem diamonds didn’t work

Discus and support redeem diamonds didn’t work in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I tried to redeem my diamonds and it wouldn't process the order.     redeem diamonds didn’t work


    I tried to redeem my diamonds and it wouldn't process the order. It said hmmm something went wrong, and redirected me here. What do I need to do?

    Couldn't redeem diamonds

    Same here, I have about 950 and tried to claim a free month of game pass and it is not working. Additionally, it says that I only have until the 15th to exchange! Microsoft Support needs to respond to this or give us rewards or something for our remaining
    gems.

    Does anyone from support or MS even monitor this ****! MS push to use forums/chat for support and then they just ignore you!
