    Redeem Credits

I have 6468 lifetime credits, and they are all pending.

Not sure why, been there since last year, I have been a live member for 9 years.

I have bought several games, and got the gems, the gems I can claim, and convert them to rewards credits, (I did 500 to 10,000 credits last night), so will have 16,468) credits all pending.

I don't have anyway to redeem them, no button or anything, and I received an email the other day, saying to contact support as there is a problem with my account for some reason.

    :)

    Slim Jim Promotion

Has anyone bought any slim jims for the Battlefield 4 promotion? Each selected slim jim you buy has a credit value. You can redeem them for bonus XP, various battlepacks, and other things. I bought a couple of the long slim jims and redeemed a gold battlepack. Do you think they are worth they are worth it?

Link if anyone is interested: https://slimjim-battlefield4.ea.com/

I believe so yes as it requires US Billing Address details, which I already had setup when I redeemed US Credit for some games.

    Following up from this :

If I log into the rewards page, I can then go to my MS account, and that is offering me to join rewards ?

It's as if the MS account and the rewards account are not connected some how.

So not sure what is going on there, they are both the same email, on the same account, as I can see the purchases I make on the payment history.

    Any help would be good.

    Thank you kindly.

Support will get back to you about the rewards credits, but this would be asking you to joint the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. It's a separate thing.

    Hello FrozzyBeast,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being
incorrectly communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted, which is why your deposits since January have not completed successfully. Since this issue is currently being caused by
a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and
ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. Since we must await this team's solution to this issue, and they have not given us a declared resolution date, we recommend not redeeming Credits from the vault and choosing an alternative prize,
    as stated in the FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    redeeming credits

They should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the rewards site. They would be scheduled to be deposited in June.

    redeeming credits

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

The program will still be making a deposit in June for anyone who earned credits during the end of May since that is when they would normally be scheduled for deposit.
