Redeem code

I buy a Xbox-live card for 3 month and I buy a game code, but when i try to use them i cant .For gold card and for game i recieve almost the same error.for gold card i got this

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

does anyone else have a code they are not using.

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

 

I'm in the USA having similar issues with a 12 month card... I get this error:

It tells me the code has already been used....

 

Here's how they got us, kids. They charge retroactively so they can hold you and your card hostage if you get a prepaid love card. I had an old debit I used to pay my live monthly with, and bought a 3 month card to pay with once I knew my debit would no
longer have money to pay it with. They don't let you activate a prepaid live code unless you don't already have gold...and once you get through that last month they bill you retroactively for without paying by using your debit or credit they shut you down
and expect you to pay another ten bucks, even though you've clearly attempted to switch to a prepaid code long before they shut you down and gave you that extra month. Then, you can't even remove your debit or credit until they get that ten dollars at which
point they begin another month to month subscription with your debit or credit. It's almost *** impossible to move from debit or credit to prepaid and I hate this company for this. I will start a firestorm if they don't take my damned prepaid ***. I worked
for Comcast for a decade, I know exactly how people try to screw you out of your money and it's admittedly brilliant but still wrong.

 

Weird,I've had my debit card linked to my account for 12 years & never had an issue using pre paid cards.

In fact that's all I use now as it's much cheaper & I've never gone silver,you can redeem a prepaid card even if you are gold.

im from Slovenia (EU) (game is for EU and goldcard for EU/PL/NA)

I contacted xboxsupport and they dont know what is wrong.They send me to resolve this issue with seller (G2A) and after G2A support for now i got refunded money for game and still waiting for xboxlive goldcard

 

Slovenia is not an xbox live supported country which is why you are having problems.
