Discus and support Redeem code was sent to email i dont have access too in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i had 10,900 Microsoft rewards point so I redeemed 9,600 for a 3months xbox live.     Redeem code was sent to email i dont have access too


    i had 10,900 Microsoft rewards point so I redeemed 9,600 for a 3months xbox live. The redeem code was sent to an email i havent had access to in years. I was hoping you guys would be able to send the redeem code to the email i have access too.

    i have 10,900 rewards point so I redeemed 9,600 point for 3months xbox live gold. I havent had access to the email the redeem code was sent too in about 10 years. So i was wondering if there is anyway you can send the redeem code to the email i just made
    my primary?

    Rewards sent to email that i dont have access too.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

    If they redeemed codes, then no. Prepaid codes are not eligible for refer a friend. They have to purchase the gold through the link in the email they are sent.
