    Unable to redeem code for Xbox live gold

    I put the code on my microsoft acount to redeem it but when i put it on my xbox acount it says code has been redeemed and i redeemed that code so i need help

    Pre paid code not working

    I have entered a prepaid code I purchased a 12 month. I have tried to redeem the code says my billing account is locked and gave me an error called microsoft I have no violations against my acount they have no idea what's wrong with my account. Can't redeem
    any code can't make any purchase. Using prepaid. And can't update provacy settings either

    You can try contacting suppport to see if there is anything they can do, but once the code is redeemed there is no way to get a new one or transfer it between accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Web Server's Default Page
