    I can't redeem some codes on my x box one s, i bought yesterday my console and i can't use the period on x box gold. I get a message that the code is old and not any more useful. could you help me??

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Just bought it, when I redeemed the code it said something along the lines of "you now own Wolfenstein Old Blood" maybe the £15 codes were for pre-orders or something?

    your best bet is to call support directly. And let them know about the codes they might be able to issue new ones

    Halo 4 Code Arrived! Except...

    Happened to me as well. Code was emailed to an old email that is attached to a different account that has never even touched Halo 4. Code was also redeemed for that account, and cant be redeemed again...

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At this point a lot of those codes have expired.
