    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Missing a redeem code for game Limbo

    I've received a redeem code for Limbo recently but unfortunately before I redeem it, I might deleted the mail which contained the code by a mistake or whatever, the situation now is that I can't redeem the code anymore and I really need your help to
    resend me the code. Thanks!

    Hello. the simplest option is from the xbox app or from the windows store app. top right, in the options there is one that is redeem code. I think you're trying to redeem the code on the page to redeem office, that's the mistake

    Regardless of if it is a mistake you can't take back a redeemed code regardless of plarform

    I think I was gifted a game by fraudulent means. What should I do?

    Since it's already been redeemed, there's not really anything to do. If the original person realized they made a mistake, they would have had to request a refund, but since the code has been redeemed, it won't be eligible.
