    redeem code/mircosoft account problem


    hey,

    i`ve bought a code card and used it on xbox.com as i always do. Everthing worked fine and when i switch to "my account", it also says i got the money. When i switch to commerce.microsoft.com, then I see that the money was not transfered to my microsoft
    account... so I can´t use it to buy films, Fifa Points or anything else... what schould i do?

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    I guess the account that redeems the code or purchases the subscription would be able to use it on all machines, the other 2 only on one machine.

    If you bought a card not from your region that would be why

    Prepaid currency cards are region specific

    UK codes won't work on a us account etc

    Sorry to hear/read you having problems try logging into your email address that the account is linked to on mircosoft account. Press the image that appears in the right top and go to mircosoft account and go to security that should help you get it sorted
    out :).

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account
