    im unable to redeem a code for 5$ i got in a xbox message. i got 2.. both were random and a nice surprise. i got one for 10$ which i redeemed and another a day later i believe it was, for 5$. when i went to redeem the 5$ one the message that had the code
    in it was no longer there.

    LIMBO installed today

    you don't have to input the code. On the bottom of the message there should be a button to redeem code.

    Limbo code lost from my messages

    Hi, I recently received a Limbo code for Xbox One. When I went to redeem it this morning, the message had mysteriously vanished from my message box. Could you please verify that I was sent the code and that I did not redeem that code, so that I may be

    You could try to get in touch with customer support at support.xbox.com/contact-us to speak with an agent. Though this may have been a promotional offer and it may be gone for good.

    I too am having issues redeeming my Fallout 3 code. I received the code in my inbox, but when I went to use it the message had vanished and I am unable to retrieve the code. Is there any way I can have the message resent or possible just emailed to me?

    Why do I no longer have access to some of my digital games?

    No it hasn't helped. I have no idea why but the game does not appear in my previous purchases anymore. It's just vanished even though it was a redeemed code a couple years back.
