    I have an isue with my redeem code for Xbox. Appear the message "the code is caducated" , or something like this, please, can i have the code functional again?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Hey Alex D 002! It sounds like the code you are trying to redeem may be expired. Does the same message show up if you try to redeem the code via the console? If possible, post up a screenshot of the error so we can take a look. Thanks!

    Keep in mind that trial cards do not change your account status to gold, so you will still show as silver. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer, so you would need to try playing online to see if it's working.

    Have you tried redeeming the code again via Xbox.com web site? If you're getting a message that the code was already redeemed or applied and still cannot connect to Xbox Live, there's a possibility that it wasn't successfully applied to your account or the
    code is for a specific game only.
