    Redeem Code Invalid


    Received a Redeem Code for being a long time Zune member. Was a Free 3 month Microsoft Groove code. When code is entered, it recognizes and then states error. Xbox support states that the code was Deactivated/Invalid. Date code was received in email
    from Groove Music was 10/15/2015. What do I need to do in order to get a valid Redeem Code??

    Invalid Redeem Code?

    So i brought 4000 microsft points from the shop and only redeemed it about 2-3 days later and then it said it had was invalid and i tried again and again about 20 times ?

    Have not redeemed the code, only saw the email today. Entered it a few times, said it was invalid. Then my girlfriend signed into her account and attempted to enter her code, also said it was invalid. Neither code works on either account.

    Once the game code is entered into a profile and it is exchanged, the game code is completely invalid so it will not be possible to redeem it again
