Redeem Code interrupted

Hi,

I redeemed a code for a game (Tomb Raider btw), it couldn't work because I set my language as english while I'm french. So I changed that in my settings, got back to the store, typed my code again and got the message "you know own Tomb Raider, the game will
be added to your ready for install list when it's ready".

I went straight back to the settings and changed my language to english (UK) and by doing so rebooted my xbox. But when it turned back on, no Tomb Raider in my games even when I check my microsoft account on PC, and of course if I try to type the code again
it's "already used"... Help please ?

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

does anyone else have a code they are not using.

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

can you try and check your Ready to Install section in My Games & Apps, be sure to wait for a few until it updates.

If that doesn't show anything please check the game in the Store section to see what it shows when you lookup the game there. If it says Install you can install it from there.

(Make sure you have selected the correct Bundle, if there are more available)
