Redeem Code interrupted

Hi,

I redeemed a code for a game (Tomb Raider btw), it couldn't work because I set my language as english while I'm french. So I changed that in my settings, got back to the store, typed my code again and got the message "you know own Tomb Raider, the game will
be added to your ready for install list when it's ready".

I went straight back to the settings and changed my language to english (UK) and by doing so rebooted my xbox. But when it turned back on, no Tomb Raider in my games even when I check my microsoft account on PC, and of course if I try to type the code again
it's "already used"... Help please ?

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

does anyone else have a code they are not using.

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

Hi there,

can you try and check your Ready to Install section in My Games & Apps, be sure to wait for a few until it updates.

If that doesn't show anything please check the game in the Store section to see what it shows when you lookup the game there. If it says Install you can install it from there.

(Make sure you have selected the correct Bundle, if there are more available)

If it shows you will have to purchase the game, then it's best to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat. Use this link for the contact options: Contact Us | Xbox Support

I’ve tried that link ( https://support.xbox.com/contact-us?isChatCallAvailable=false ) but it just says:

“Xbox Support is not currently available for customer contact. You will still find information on this site for many problems, including:

Xbox Live Status and game interruptions
Account and Billing Changes
Redeem Prepaid Codes
Refunds”

....

So there’s no way for me to contact the Xbox Support?! 👀

If for any reason the update gets interrupted the game will uninstall itself.

If you mean redeeming the code, there are a number of ways to do it, you can redeem on the console, by going to the store, and finding the redeem code option, select it, and type in the code, and then redeem it. You can also redeem the code on the Microsoft
store on Windows 10, by selecting the three dots on the top right next to your gamerpic, then select redeem code, and type in the code and redeem it. or you can redeem the code on the Xbox app on iOS or Android. You can also redeem the code on account.microsoft.com

Sorry for interrupting but I have a question.....I bought the game the day it came out but it didnt have a code for the Nuketown have you heard of this?
