    I purchased Fallout 76: Tricentennial Edition. The game cam with an Add-on code for the Tricentennial pack to be added, and a separate code for 500 Atoms.

    I installed and updated the game from disc. No problems.

    I went to the Xbox store, redeemed the Tricentennial pack code. "Code Accepted". Nothing downloaded. I re-entered the code, "code has already been redeemed". I check my Microsoft account - I own the add-on. I went back to the Xbox store, find the Add-on
    "Tricentennial Pack", cant install it - no option to do so, UNLESS, I pay another £19.99.

    Hard power cycle, uninstall, re-install, redeem on computer through account (code already used) checked the game menus, xbox menus its nowhere to be found as expected as it hasn't downloaded. I cannot download my add on anywhere.

    I then redeemed the 500 Atoms code. No problems.

    All the troubleshooting guides dont actually help, nowhere in the troubleshooting guides does it say 'redeemed code, download did not start, can't download.

    Please can I have some insight on how to get the add-on for this ridiculously priced game.

    Can you hover over your game tile/icon on your console, and press menu button on controller, and then select the option "Manga game". On this page do you see the add-on either in the ready to install or installed list?

    If i am not that wrong you should find the items of this bonus in your stash at the game. This should be a dlc which unlocks directly in the game and doesn't need an additional download.

    Hi there!

    I'd be happy yo provide some input. Some DLC that are packs or season passes that include multiple items are not necessarily downloaded but actually unlocked within the game to allow you access to these items. In most cases you also have to do some in-game
    activities to either reach these bonus items or find them. In this case you have to craft them from a workbench in game and the redemption of that code should allow you to do so. Most of these bonus items are also actually skins for guns and power armor that
    you first have to find.

    Also there is the Tricentennial Pack that you can only get by redemption of a digital code from a physical copy of the Tricentennial edition or the upgrade if you just have the standard edition that you can purchase for 19.99. So I understand the confusion
    when you saw that but they are sperate listed items in the Microsoft Store:

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. Some add-ons are accessed in the game they go with, rather than getting installed separately. Any installable add-ons or DLC not yet installed will appear under Ready to install. In regards to redeeming any
    extra in-game content you would usually find that under 'Manage Game'

    In your games list, focus on a game, press the menu button on your controller, then select
    Manage game & add-ons.
