    Redeem code from Sea of Thieves failed


    Hi,

    I received a redeem code message for the precommand of Sea of Thieves.

    However, while transporting the xbox controler, I press the A button repeatedly.

    I don't know how, the message seems to be deleted.

    Is there a way to recover the redeem code?

    However, I have a problem activating.

    After entering the redeem code, I get a message :

    Contact who you got this code from. We can't redeem it.

    Hi Ezra! I'm more than happy to help you!

    Steam and Microsoft Xbox are 2 different gaming platforms which means the DLC codes you redeem in Microsoft website is only applicable if you purchase and play the game Sea of Thieves in Xbox app.

    I'm afraid once the codes are redeemed in Microsoft, it can no longer be changed.

    Moving forward, you can redeem the codes directly from the Steam desktop app in order to use the DLC on your Sea of Thieves game in Steam.

    Does the Sea of thieves have a serial code for you to redeem at all ? there should also be a redeem button next to the dates.

    Also make sure you have a Ultimate game pass subscription.

    Customers who pre-ordered Sea of Thieves but have not yet received a code for the Black Dog pack should expect a code for that pack 7-10 days from the launch of Sea of Thieves.
