    Redeem code for Save the World didn’t work.


    Hi, I just tried to redeem an Xbox code to get Save the world whilst in Fortnite and it put the money in to my Microsoft store account instead. I’ve looked but can’t seem to buy the Save the World add-on from the store. How can I get the game without purchasing another code to redeem? Thank you.

    I'm sorry about that. Sadly, the answer to your question is you can't. Once you've redeemed a code to your Microsoft account, you can only spend it from there. In this case, the only option Is getting another code.

    I would first suggest
    removing your profile from the Xbox console and reinstalling your profile    .

    I would also recommend setting

    up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and confirm whether or not the code was redeemed successfully and perform some extra troubleshooting
    steps.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
