Redeem code for extra content in Just Cause 3

Hi all,

I'm having issues trying to get the bonus content in Just Cause 3. I can't even find the redeem section on my xbox one since the update and when I try to enter the 25 digit code on xbox.com, I can only enter 24 digits, it won't let me enter the last letter
at all. What the hell is going on?

I was sent a Just cause 2 code to redeem because i bought Just Cause 3, now the code for Just cause 2 is not in my messages, i need it to be sent to me again...

Sorry to hear you're ruining into issues redeeming codes on your console and on Xbox.com.

You can redeem a code on your console multiple ways. Here's how.

If you have a Kinect, simply say "Xbox use a code!"

Another way is to scroll over to the "Store>Games>Browse all games>Use a code."

On Xbox.com, please double check to make sure you don't accidentally have a space at the begining of the code or anywhere in it. Keep in mind, that when you type in the code, please just type in the characters, don't put the '-' in it.

Thanks. I had entered everything in correctly and double and triple checked on the website but wouldn't work. I just did it on my xbox and all is good.
