redeem code feature doesn't load!!!!!

Every time i go to redeem a gift card code i get a screen that says "try that again" something happened on our end, waiting a bit might help.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

Each time you got this , Just try to Use Console or another Device to redeem Or You have to go for XBOX official support

No idea, and from what I've seen on the website (when it decides to load) there doesn't appear to be a form for redeeming your 'Founder' code (at least, not yet anyway).

The best way to gift credit to other members is to just send them a redeem code via message across the service. I send codes to the kids at my place as part of pocket money sometimes.

If you send a message containing nothing but the code, there's a cool feature on 360 and X1 now that gives the recipient an option to redeem the code directly from that message. So they don't have to enter the 25 digits themselves.

If you add words to the message though, that feature doesn't seem to work. =|

I don't have an xbox, and i got ultimate because of the cloud gaming feature.

All you can do is use the cloud gaming feature on the account that the code was redeemed on. Once the code has been redeemed there is no way to reverse it.
