    Unable to get onto the code redeem page

    I’m trying to redeem my code I have and the page for redeeming codes won’t load.

    I’ve tried on my Xbox and on my phone, said wait a while may help, I’ve waited 24hours now.

    I got an email with a code which I cant redeem on website as it wont even load and does not work on any platform such as XB or UPlay?!?

    Redeem a code won’t load

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    So my Xbox was stuck on the green start up screen done a fully factory reset and now it’s just stop on 50% properly console how do I fix this ?

    Just uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 times and still won’t load. Comes up with the same error code

    Redeeming codes

    Yes it’s a different code, but for the same product e.g shark card for gta5.

    Both codes come with what’s called the premium pack, and now I’ve already redeemed one it won’t let me redeem the other, but all I want is the money not the other bits
