    i bougth i xbox live subscreption but when i enter the code it says that the code is purchased for a diffrent region i bought a europe code and i have a frensh account when i contacted the seller he says that it works and need a soloution or a prove that
    it does not work so i can get a refund

    Romania is not a Live supported region so you will not be able to create an XBL account for that region. In order to access XBL you would have to LIE about where you live, which is a violation of the contracts you have to agree
    to in order to complete the joining process, and even then certain content/features would be unavailable to you and if you wanted to ever purchase anything from the Marketplace you would have to purchase microsoft points from the region that you LIED about
    in your account setup as they are region locked.
