When I purchased fallout 4 for the Xbox one Xbox sent me a message saying that you purchased fallout 4 and that to click on the message to redeem the code for fallout 3 and before I could redeem the code the message disappeared so I cloudnt redeem the code.

if its a 25 digit code u can reddeem on xbox.com it will go to the xbox one queue then u can dl from there

Try buying through the xbox app on the computer, or through the reddeem page.

Are you sure this is a UK redeem code? Check with seller.

Sorry to hear it. First off, for future reference it would be better to create your own thread so you can have help tailored specifically to you.

Where did you purchase the membership from? Have you tried contacting the seller regarding it? It could be an error on the sellers end.
