    Xbox one games PreOrder codes?

    if its a 25 digit code u can reddeem on xbox.com it will go to the xbox one queue then u can dl from there

    Try buying through the xbox app on the computer, or through the reddeem page.

    Are you sure this is a UK redeem code? Check with seller.

    Hello, to remedy this problem you will have to contact an agent directly via phone at 18004myxbox(18004692969)so Xbox support can look into it and diagnose this.

    I got my xbox live gold membership and when I put it in it said that it has already been used. I don't know how to get it and I don't know the phone number to contact xbox.

    Sorry to hear it. First off, for future reference it would be better to create your own thread so you can have help tailored specifically to you.

    Where did you purchase the membership from? Have you tried contacting the seller regarding it? It could be an error on the sellers end.

    I'm not sure how much help phone support will be in this case as the code is listed as used before you got it but if you'd like to give them a call and live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
