    Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

    Just to confirm, is this happening only with COD games?

    If you try other games the problem doesn't happen?
    Or if you try with another game the issue persists?
    Also, if you try dísabling 120Hz the issue persists?
    Or, if possible try testing the game on a different TV or use a different HDMI cable

    In the meantime, tell me what did you tried so far to fix this?
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Yes only happens in cod games any other game I play no problem I’ve tryed changing from 4K to 1080p to 120hz to 60hz I’ve tried two different tvs with different hdmi cords

    I see, I can advise you other things but if the issue persists you may need to report this problem to Activision

    A. If you have external drives or USB accessories, disconnect everything from your console and try again

    B. Try reinstalling the games to see if that helps

    C. Perform a factory reset for your console but keeping games and apps
    Go to settings > system > console info > reset and then select keep my games and apps

    D. Perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed/updated from scratch.
