    first , i downloaded xbox 360 update using usb , then i noticed that nothing changed and i started messing with the system files then the e71 screen came and the xbox green dot changed to red ...... please help me

    ps : my xbox can not connect to xbox live and internet in general

    What type of hard drive are you using? Is it an official Xbox hard drive or a 3rd party drive?

    Also, you should never plug the drive into your computer as that will change all the info on you and make it unreadable.
