    Hey Guy,

    (Sorry for my English)

    I had a 360 a few Years ago...... i loved RDR.

    And no i wanna play it on my XBOX ONE. i have die game, i used the disk to install it and i can play it. But i cant save Red Dead Redemption :( The game told me to download a Profil to save the game. GOOGLE told me i have to transfer my 360 savegame to play it on my ONE but
    i wanna play a new Game, but i cant. i dont have a 360 anymore and i dont wanna buy one just to get a savegame. What to do? i just wanna save my new Game. At the Moment i have to start again and again...... and again.....again. Pls guys help me.

    Hey,

    Make sure you're connected to the Internet as the Xbox One uses cloud service to save games for 360 titles.

    Hi, with the game loaded up press the two small buttons at the same time on your xbox one controller, this will open the xbox 360 guide.

    From the guide select the Download profile option, that should help maybe.

    I cant connect to Xbox-Live and i dont know why.

    I have Internet i can download games, updates... use twitch or youtube

    but i cant connect to Xbox-Live and thats the reason why i cant download a Profile

    So Sad

    Now i works.... i found a yt vid and i reseted my XBOX and now i can connect and save the game

    Red Dead Redemption

    Hi there OP,

    As the Xbox One makes use of cloud saves for the 360 titles, I would suggest rebooting your modem and router as this could be network related. Should you continue to experience any issues please let us know!!

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
    correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
