Red dead 2 special edition dlc

So, I purchased the red dead 2 sp. Edition, and did not receive any of my preorder bonuses. What can I do?

I pre order red dead redemption standard edition on the 14th and then cancelled that on the 15th and pre order the special edition then canceled that today and pre order the ultimate edition of red dead redemption 2 and I don have the treasure map dlc

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it would seem you haven't received your pre-order bonuses for Red Dead Redemption 2. I definitely understand how frustrating this can be. What I recommend doing is going to your games and apps section on the
console. Under games highlight the game and see if there are any options there for you to download any DLC or Pre-order bonus content. Please let us know how it goes.

You may want to check that you indeed did purchase the right edition - you could also try re-installing the game, or checking the in game menu for available content to download.

 

Hi sometimes pre order bonuses can take a few weeks until received. Do you happen to know what you were meant to get ?

 

The things you get with SP edition aren't necessarily downloads, they are game unlocks, or early unlocks.

After completing the prologue story in the snowy mountains, your gang sets up a camp. Go to the little town of valentine and head for the gunsmith when its open. If the Volcanic Pistol,
devastating Pump Action Shotgun and versatile Lancaster Varmint Rifle are available for purchase for free, you have the
SP version of the game.

 

They were not free. But I know I have the special edition. I have the microsoft billing for it.

 

It's the preorder bonus that I didnt get. It was the war horse and a few other things. I cannot remember what they were.

 

The only thing I remember off hand is the war horse which I did not get.

Go to your games and apps and highlight the game. Press the menu button and then select "manage games and add-ons". On the left you will see Installed and Ready to Install. All of your owned DLC will be found there. If they need to be installed, then install
them. If you cannot see anything there, then you may have purchased it on another account. Look up this edition in the Microsoft Store while signed into your account and look for small white letters that say "You own this game/product", while matching it with
your Order History. Once you confirm the DLC has been installed if you own the Special edition, most of the items are unlocked or acquired in game by just playing the story. The horses will be found in the stables in Valentine free of charge and the weapons
mentioned earlier by our ambassador should also be listed as free from the gun store. Everything else is accessible once you set up your first camp. I suggest watching YouTube videos for a visualization on how to access those DLC items.
