i just want a real agent to contact me and get this resolved. I have spent the last hour and a half on the phone trying to get a hold of a real person. I am old and i want to talk to someone.

go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and sign in with the account that has the 3 month MS bill.

click on Contact Us then select Subscriptions and Billing from the drop down menu in the pop up window.

in the next window select I don't Recognise a Charge then click
Next.

then scroll to the bottom of the contact options to select Request a Call and you should get a phone call from MS/Xbox Support.

There is no method for an agent to see this, look up contact information for you and ring you up. Others have already provided a means for you to login to your Microsoft account and stop the charges.

The $1 deal is only good for the first month, but if it appears again on the dashboard then you could totally take part in it again. There's no way to just reset it though. The only other way he could be getting it for $1 is by purchasing it as a code through
some other website if there is one.

So it's not exploiting the system if you exploit that deal over and over by waiting for it each time? I find that fishy.
