Hello Nono,

Thanks for coming to the forums. The only way to recover the account is the
account recovery form. You are allowed to fill it out as much as possible. Being that the account is that old since you been in, it will be hard to recover. Do you have the console still that the account was last on? As there is some information that helps
in recovering:

1. Name and birthdate usually need to be correct.
2. If you purchased anything select yes.
3. When asks for gamer tag and console id the console id will be the last console the profile was on.
