bonjour

Ma compagne tente de récupérer son compte live.fr malheureusement le numéro de mobile associée n'est plus valide.

Elle a donc était renvoyé vers le fameux formulaire de récupération.

La elle répond a toute les questions Skype,ancien mot de passe et même la question secrète.... ect.

Elle reçois un message qui lui dit que... malheureusement les informations fournis ne sont pas assez suffisantes pour confirmer qu'il s'agit bien d'elle.

Je n'y comprends rien ... que peut-elle faire.

Bien sur comme beaucoup elle l'utilise pour le travail et autre.

J'attend vos réponses avec impatience.
