Rectification of Warranty dates

Discus and support Rectification of Warranty dates in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have purchased Xbox Kinnect bundle from an official retailer within India.     Rectification of Warranty dates


    I have purchased Xbox Kinnect bundle from an official retailer within India. On receipt of the console, I have registered the same with microsoft site. The date of purchase is 31st March 2014 and I have received the product on 5th April 2014, so as per the
    warranty policy the warranty end date should be 4th April 2015 however in the site it is showing 2nd March 2015. I have tried with all possible means to get the same rectified, sent mails with scanned copy of invoice to microsoft suport, tried calling call
    centers however no use.

    Warranty Start Date

    I bought a Xbox 360 and when I registered it, the warranty start date shows 4 November. The purchase date on the receipt is 27 December, 2013. Shouldn't the warranty start as of that date? If it does, how can I update the registration to show the purchase
    date?

    I recommend giving a call to 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    They may be better suited to answer.

    I have contacted the store/shop who sold the item. They have asked me to check on here one more time if anyone can tell me that it was definitely sold to someone before me. If anyone on here could confirm that based on the screenshots and the reply above,

    Invalid warranty date

    contact the xbox support by phone or chat and send them your receipt, they change the warranty date and you can procede to repair your console.

    I agree with the previous comment the only thing you can do is contact xbox support or Microsoft support with proof of purchase ready, keep trying if you are having trouble as they are low on man power due to this pandemic we are going through.

    They will fix this issue for you I'm sure
