why do I now have an account listed as veiled snow on my Xbox 360 profile?????

That account shall be erased and i will have my Xbox 360 account back with my gamertag PIA JESPERSEN72 ´cause i have paid every month to Xbox live and bought several games on that account. If i do not get a straight answer within your **** 24 hours wait
line, by the way for my sake you can make it a year, cause your services sucks anyway!!!!

When I changed my email for my Xbox account, I DIDN´T ALLOW MY GAMERTAG TO CHANGE AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Xbox live or should i say Microsoft takes my money handsomely every month for Xbox live, but when it comes to customer services

you have to go through at least 3 to 4 pages with several opportunitys for a question you already have typed in the search option bar.

I hope you take me seriously, ´cause Xbox and Microsoft has a service issue for all customers.

Pardon my language, but i meant every word!!!

Any experts advise for this???

Recovery of lost account/gamertag

Hi

You could try using the
Find your Microsoft account webpage and this may possibly allow you to recover your account. Alternately you could try contacting the Xbox Support team by
using this link and then select either the option to Chat With Xbox support or request a phone call from support, as long as you can answer sufficient security questions about the account then
they may be able to assist you with recovering the account.

Recovery of lost account/gamertag

I've tried before to recover a gamertag on an account I've owned quite a few years ago, but unfortunately I cant gain access due to lost login details. I have tried to use all the emails I know of that would've been associated to the account to no avail.
Is it possible to request the deletion or recovery of dead accounts because I would like to use my online name without having to add "the" in front of it.

To recover a former gamertag you require the former account credentials to access it. If you deleted the primary recovery email that was associated with your Xbox account you can communicate with MS through support and if you can verify a few things they
will reset the account so you can login on it again. It is important to update your account info as it changes otherwise you can lose content associated with that account. I had a similar issue and my associated email was deleted. Emailed about the problem
and had my account back in a couple of days after verifying proper info and ownership. If you know your login then just open the Guide Menu and download account through there. Best of luck!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with your account. Unfortunately, to recover the account you will need to figure out your email. If you know the gamertag, you can request a call from support. If they can verify the account,
they can give you information on it.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

account recovery form. You may request a call from support, if they can verify the account. They will be able to provide you the email.
