Recovery of my account

Hello, almost a month ago I did not receive an answer about the recovery process of my microsoft account associated with xbox (it was stolen) but I do not have much time in the day to get in touch with the technical support and I
look for a way to give me the answer of the process. I do not want to lose her

Microsoft Account Hacked

So yeah, my account was hacked by Russians. They spent about $300 on NCA17, which I don't play. Now I have to wait up to 3 days for the account recovery team to call me. May want to change your e-mail and other passwords in case it's going on elsewhere.

hey so this might be a dumb question.. but I really need help recovering an old account but can't remember what email I even used. I remember the account name.. but that's about it. How can I do this

you must sign in online to recover the account

If your Microsoft account recovery request wasn't granted, you can keep trying as many times as you want, up to two times per day.
