Recovering old gamertag [3 years old]

So after contacting Xbox support I was informed that you can no longer recover old accounts by providing info such as (biiling,security questions,etc).

This is due to the system they use requiring the email address associated with the account.

Yes I didn't write it down and no I don't remember the exact password but I have all the other info needed. Card info etc.

Does anyone here know any solutions? Possible way to find out the old email associated with the account?

Recovering old gamertag

Hi folks!

I`m currently using a gamertag on the XBOX 360, but I have an old one I would rather use.

The only problem is that I don`t remember the e-mail and password to that account. I do know the name of the gamertag though.

Is there any way I could recover the information I am missing?

Recovering Old Gamertag

i am trying to recover a old gamertag and it is not letting me even reset a password to the gamertag.....it asks for credit card or debit info for purchases i have made in the past and the exp year stops at 2016 but my cards expired years before that which
i made purchases with and they aren't letting me recover anyone have any ideas

it was because that account was disconnected for over 3 or maybe 4 years and it got something like frozen, the support guy that spoke to me said the same as you, but after he tried to recover it, he told me, the old gamertag was now locked and there is no
way to recover it so I'm *** and that gamertag is in the limbo

I see that you're having trouble redownloading your profile levass4, I suggest you go to: http://microsoft.com , log in with credentials for levass4 and go here : https://account.microsoft.com/devices?fref=home.banner.devices&refd=account.microsoft.com

You'll be able to see which devices your account is logged on and you can remove the account from those devices and log in on your Xbox.

I tried what you said but levass4 is not one of the options to add. When I click on add new and add levass4 it says it's already in use.

Are you able to pull up my email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and delete the Whirlwind and add levass4 on our profile?

You can recover your other account using the login credentials for that account.
