    Recovering my QB code


    I bought Quantum Break for Xbox One near release and was sent a code for the Win10 download. I forgot about it and now I can't find the message/code in my Xbox Live message thread.

    Please resend code if possible!

    Still waiting for my Quantum break PC code.

    I contacted Xbox Live, They can see I preordered QB, and after our conversation they told me to come to this forum and post about the QB code. I just want to get my QB code for PC i was promised.Thank you and have a good day.

    I just got my Alan Wake codes, now if you guys can do something about that QB PC code.

    Sorry to see that you can't find the code, however we are unable to confirm that you have purchased Quantum Break or was provided a code for any of the games that came with the purchase/pre-order on this account. It's likely that it might have been purchased
    on another account that is either on your console or you can access to be able to game share the game.

    If there is another account that you might have purchased this on, you will need to post from that account so that we can dig into it further from there. However, if you feel that this is incorrect, please check out our
    Commerce site, find the purchase, and post back with a screenshot of the purchase with your gamertag visible in the screenshot. We will be able to look into it further from there.
