Recovering My Other Account I Use For Xbox. Help?

I've tried everything to get back into my account. I made a new account so I can post this to the community. I've done everything when it comes to try to recover my account. I have gotten emails from microsoft about how my credentials and how they're at risk. Tried to sign into my account on my xbox/microsoft. Nothing worked. So, I've done the "recover your account" process multiple times without any luck even though it's me. The email I use if a microsoft email. The phone number and email I have provided to my account do not work because the email is messed up because the .com is .con and my phone number is my home phone and cannot receive text messages for verification. All I want to do is look for the help I need to verify that the account is mine without having to get declined over and over again. I just want to get back to playing on my xbox with all of my data. It's been a real pain because I've done nothing but stress over this because I don't understand how they don't see it as my account but maybe someone can help me in this situation considering this may be my last resort. I hope that this can be fixed relatively fast because I don't know what else to do if I can't get this solved because I don't just want to start over and lose all my data from games and what not. Hope someone can help me from the community or microsoft.
