Recovering my account that's linked to my PC.

Hello everyone, I'm in quite a pickle. About a month ago, I bought an XBOX ONE. For some reason, it wouldn't let me link my main e-mail because it wasn't a microsoft e-mail. So I made a new e-mail in order to play on my XBOX and create my own account. Now
both the e-mail that I couldn't use and the e-mail I created are both G-mail.

As of now, I cannot access the e-mail because I may have typed the password wrong and I don't have enough information on the account to verify that I'm the user. The fact that this is linked to my PC as the main e-mail worries me, especially since it's not
my main e-mail and I have 0 access to it. I've tried calling Microsoft numerous times to see what I can do, but it sends me to an automated robot. What should I do?

You would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and either request a call back or chat with a live agent.

here another problem arose, they can’t restore my account using this link, I went on my PC and answered all the questions correctly, but they tell me that this is not enough

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

On Xbox's end, there is no option to check what EA account linked to your Xbox profile but you can definitely check it on EA's end.

1. Go to https://help.ea.com.

2. Select Log In.

3. Choose the option to sign in using your Xbox account, and then sign in with the Xbox account that you want to check.
