    Recovering lost reward credits


    So I was having issues with xbox live rewards giving me credits to my account. So i was told in a previous post that i had made about my problem, to opt out of the reward program and wait 2 days and then create a new one.Now that h

    i have opted back in for the rewards program and have now 0 points. Is there a way now to recover all the pending credits that i had in my previous rewards account?

    yesterday I had 4,500 reward credits and now I only have 3,000 my survey credits have vanished. Any way I could get those back?

    Since you requested a deposit on the 21st, we deposited your available Credits from your processed survey and one refer-a-friend Credit event.

    As mentioned in your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/4f13dafd-6b78-4311-a3e7-66ce4724dfa0), we will definitely be able to transfer any pending
    Credits from your previous account to your new one. I can confirm that your regions are now matching, and will begin the transfer of your old pending Credits. You should see them appear shortly! Thanks for following up with us.

    Hello DDXDB,

    Since you are registered as a US Rewards member, only purchases made off the Xbox store in USD are eligible for Rewards. If you opt-out of the Rewards program, you delete this Rewards account, so all the Credits and Gems associated with the account will
    be deleted. However, we will be able to recover any pending, un-deposited Credits to any new Rewards Account. Since achievements are saved to your Xbox profile and not a Rewards Account, they will not be deleted. Therefore, it would not be possible to repeat
    these achievements for calculating gems.

    Since you all are rewards members maybe you know the answer to this. The 15,000 point credit for pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store, how long does that usually take to be applied?

    As for the rewards program overall i find it ok. It is free so nothing lost. And 15,000 credits for pre-ordering is equivalent to $15 for me so I can pre-order 2 games i was going to buy anyway and get back $30 worth of credit. Not a bad deal.
