Recovering email account

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are trying to recover an account. Unfortunately, if you do not know the email address it is near impossible to recover. However there is one chance. If you know the gamertag, you can talk with support either
by chat or phone. If they can verify the account, which means sending code to the phone and/or email on the account and you give that to them. They can provide you with information on the account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

If not then you will probably have to contact Xbox Support and give them as much information as possible in order for them to verify and give you back the account.

I might suggest completing the recovery form, but since it has been a long time since you have access to your account, I don't think you can complete it. In this case, the only solution you have is to contact support so they can help you recover your account.

In the following link you will find the Microsoft support numbers, and you must select the number depending on your Country/Region where you are currently located, then you must write down the number and call.

Hello again, the point is, your email account and your Xbox account are one, they are the same thing.

So if you want to recover your Xbox account, you'll need to recover your account email.

Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).
